Sim rig

Sim racing / flight sim

Rigidity beats brand. A cheap rig with a good wheel base beats a great wheel bolted to a wobbly desk.

Cockpit / mount

A wobbly desk mount fights every input. Even a wheel stand is a real upgrade.

Wheel base + wheel

Direct-drive is the jump that actually changes how the car feels. Belt is a fine starting point.

Pedals

A load-cell brake is the single biggest lap-time upgrade in sim racing.

Shifter / handbrake

Optional. Only add when you actually race cars that use them.

Monitor

Single ultrawide is the practical answer. Triple-monitor is next-level but demands the GPU.

Headset / speakers

Butt-kickers and 5.1 add real immersion once the wheel and pedals are dialed in.

PC / console / handheld

A single strong GPU matters more than a high-end CPU for iRacing / ACC.

Power + cable management

Rig, PC, wheel base, and buttkickers add up. Do not daisy-chain strips at these currents.
