Monitor support
Match the arm to the monitor’s weight and the desk—not just screen inches.
The LX Tall Pole is a durable single-monitor arm for compatible displays and sturdy desks. Its adjustment range is valuable only after the mount, weight, and clamp geometry pass.

It offers repeatable height, depth, tilt, and rotation adjustment while clearing desk surface. The tall pole helps when more vertical placement range is genuinely needed.
The arm is costly and its rated range excludes very light and very heavy displays. Deep curved monitors can create more leverage than a simple weight number suggests, and weak desktop cores may need reinforcement.
Verify monitor weight without its stand, VESA 75×75 or 100×100 mounting, display depth, desk-edge thickness and underside clearance, wall clearance through the full arm sweep, and a safe cable slack path.
The LX family supports VESA 75×75 and 100×100 mm mounting and a 7–25 lb display range; Ergotron notes that deep monitors can reduce effective capacity and specifies clamp and grommet constraints by model.[1]
Skip it if the monitor falls outside the specified weight range, lacks compatible VESA mounting, the desktop is hollow or fragile without an approved reinforcement plan, or a fixed stand already gives the correct position.
